About Resolvency
Resolvency is an independent insolvency and business-debt advisory practice operating Australia-wide since 1988. We are not a liquidator, trustee, lawyer or accountant, and we take no appointment fee and no referral fee from anyone. We are paid by the business owner, to work for the business owner.
Founded by Doug Constable after he lost and rebuilt his own business in the late 1980s, Resolvency has guided more than 1,000 directors and business owners through ATO debt, Director Penalty Notices, Small Business Restructuring, voluntary administration, liquidation and bankruptcy — helping them understand every option before making a decision they can't undo.

About Doug Constable
The advisor who's in your corner.
Doug Constable is the founder of Resolvency and an insolvency and business-recovery advisor with more than 36 years of hands-on experience since 1988. He lost a business in the late 1980s and rebuilt from the ground up — the experience behind Resolvency's "in your corner" approach. He is the author of four books on surviving debt and rebuilding after distress, including Broke, Not Broken: An Insider's Guide to Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Starting Again in Australia.
